These are the UI-only setup tasks the Notion API can't do. Each takes 30 seconds. Total: ~5 minutes for a master copy that ships as 100% works-out-of-the-box.

• [ ] Add a Board view to Initiatives grouped by Status

• [ ] Add a sorted view to KPIs (sort: Frequency)

• [ ] Share → Publish to web → toggle "Allow duplicate as template"
